My father arrived in America from Ukraine at the age of 18, carrying nothing but a suitcase and dreams of a brighter future. Starting with humble beginnings as a dish boy at a local golf course in Portland, Oregon, he later secured a job at Nike. Driven by a vision for success in construction, he eventually left Nike to pursue a career as a finish carpenter, ultimately founding his own company. His first project on the Oregon Coast, a rental property, revealed the potential for profit in building and selling homes. At 18, I joined the family business, and together, we’ve been committed to developing and building properties in Portland. Our mission is to preserve the unique character of our neighborhoods and contribute to the vibrant revitalization of our city.
